Grad Ball @ Vinnies

And i wouldn't have missed it for the world! Super pal Kelly (see pic, right) came along with me (with a very small handful of teachers) to help the Graduating Class of 2006 celebrate their big night. I think we had more fun than the kids, and the best part was that the waiters all thought we were students too. Score!!

Anyway, they kept topping up my wine glass so i didn't get around to taking many pics. However, I have been promised some in the mail by some of my students. So i'll post them as they come.

Top night.

Thanks Cara for the pic, you look stunning!

Bits N Pieces from Home

And a NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, we got our butts into gear and got ourselves a great lil number... a ford fiesta, colour: Tonic (just be needing the Gin then...)

Picked it up today and it's a little pocket rocket. I love it.

Anyway, also attaching a couple of pics from our limited outings (unemployed at the mo and saving our remaining holiday pennies!!!!)
More pics soon.

ps. On Monday Clauds became an Australian Citizen (strewth!!) and G and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. Aaaawwwww!

New Zealand

And Home!!!

We decided that the shopping in Hong Kong was SOOOOOOOO good, that we spent our NZ money there and flew home early. Woo hoo!!!

We had one day in Auckland, NZ, and most of it was spent sleeping because the flight from HK was super long and not the greatest. We had a small child sitting behind us chucking tantrums the whole 13 hours and so we didn't get much sleep.

Undeterred though, we managed to drag ourselves out for dinner and drinks in the city. Went to a bar cvalled Minus 5, which is all icy and, yes, -5C in temp. Got to wear fluffy coats, boots and gloves to enjoy our yum drinks. It was there that we found out that there's another minus 5 in Sydney, so we'll have to check it out, especially cos the one at home is -17C instead.

Anyway, after a week at our respective parents' places, we are finally back at Chipping Norton. It's GREAT to be home (and to rediscover our wardrobe full of clothes we hadn't seen in almost a year!).

I'll keep posting stuff until the year is out, to share with you pics from home (esp. for all our buddies overseas. We miss you all!!!!)

Lots of Lurrrrrve,
